Do you have storage containers that also have office space?
Yes, Williams Scotsman offers storage containers that feature a fully functional office area.
Do you have containers that open on both ends?
Yes, Williams Scotsman has 20’ and 40’ containers that conveniently open at each end. These units are subject to availability.
Do I need locks for the storage containers?
Yes, to secure the building you will need to either provide your own locks or rent them through Williams Scotsman.
Does the site need to be level before the container is delivered?
o Yes, the site should be level. Otherwise, the doors may not close properly and you could incur additional costs due to the added labor and material needed for an unlevel site.
Why do I need a property damage waiver for a container?
As part of providing our customers with comprehensive space solutions, Williams Scotsman offers a property damage waiver program for leased mobile offices, storage units, container offices and classrooms at your locations. This optional program is available to all Williams Scotsman customers.

What size containers do you offer?
We carry 8’, 10’, 20’ and 40’ units. All units are 8’ wide. Sizes and availability vary by location.
