Williams Scotsman Augments Product Fleet with Fleet Acquisition of General Modular Corporation

Transaction Supports Product Demand in Texas

BALTIMORE - March 13, 2008 - Williams Scotsman, a leading provider of modular space solutions in North America, today announced the acquisition of approximately 330 mobile office and storage units from General Modular Corporation based in Fort Worth, Texas.

The transaction, which is structured as an asset purchase, is intended to support Williams Scotsman's fleet expansion strategy in Texas. The assets from the acquisition will be added to Williams Scotsman's Dallas/Fort Worth branch, which currently has more than 30 employees servicing the area.

"We are very excited to add scale to William Scotsman's existing presence in Texas. Demographic trends and student population growth are fueling the need for additional space accommodations throughout the state," said Mark Delaney, central southwest regional vice president for Williams Scotsman. "With this acquisition we'll be even better positioned to fulfill the growing demand for space within the gas and oil, commercial construction and education industries."

Data from the University of Texas' Institute for Demographic and Socioeconomic Research (IDSER) indicates that Texas will experience significant population growth over the next few years, making the state one of the fastest growing in the country.
