A feat that could only have been accomplished utilizing Williams Scotsman's Concurrent Constructionsm method. The City of Santa Clara Central Library, the city's main library, was being demolished. A new library, on the existing site, was in the works. But a temporary facility was needed and time was of the essence. Hence, the city's decision to explore the option of modular construction. The result was a complete, turn-key 38,000 square foot library, ready for occupancy in less than four months," said John.
