CALGARY, ALBERTA (July 31, 2002) Williams Scotsman of Canada, Inc. has purchased the mobile office and storage product fleet of Northgate Industries Ltd., an Edmonton/Alberta-based company that specialized in the leasing of mobile offices to industrial markets. Williams Scotsman, already a leading mobile office and storage product provider throughout North America, will be increasing its fleet size in Western Canada by approximately 600 units, and expanding its market-share in Alberta to more than 40% through this most recent acquisition.
