Do the mobile offices require anchors and tie downs?

Williams Scotsman provides the necessary anchors and tie downs to assure your mobile office is securely located. We will work with you to be sure your individual state regulations are met.

What are the electrical requirements for this unit?

It depends on the size of the mobile office, but most units have a 125 amp main panel - single phase 220.

Does Williams Scotsman hook up the water and sewer?

No, it is the responsibility of the customer to have all utilities installed.

Does Williams Scotsman provide the electrical wiring with the mobile office?

No, it is the responsibility of the customer to have a certified/licensed electrician provide and install the electrical wiring.

Do I need to get a permit for a mobile office?

Typically, you will need to contact your local building department to be sure that you have the proper permits.

Do you have climate-controlled container offices or ground-level offices?

Williams Scotsman offers units that are climate-controlled, with options for office and storage combo or just an office-only version. Availability varies by location, so check with your local branch representative.
